We take great pride in the quality of our prints and want you to love your purchase. If you receive a print that’s misprinted, damaged in transit, or incorrect in any way, we guarantee to make it right. No hassle, no runaround. When you order from KNOWOL, you can rest easy knowing you’ll get exactly what you asked for. We’re proud to make each print to order—this is not mass-produced, off-the-shelf art.
- Print Arrived Damaged? Email us a picture of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no cost to you.
- Changed your mind? We do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer want your order after it’s been produced.
Requesting a Refund or Replacement
If your print qualifies for a refund or replacement under our policy, email support@knowol.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the print (if damaged or misprinted).
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Our support team will reply within 1–2 business days, and we’ll rush out a brand-new print, on us.
