About Oswayo Borough, Pennsylvania

Oswayo Borough occupies a narrow valley in Potter County, with steep hills on both sides and a creek along the valley floor. • Graded SchoolThe school district constructed Oswayo's graded school in 1866, but the building burned in February 1876.
  • Population RecordThe village had 321 residents in 1880, an 1890 history estimated about 500, and the 2020 census counted 134 borough residents.
