Cessford is named after one of the Kerr familys ancestral homes in Scotland. The home reflects the craftsmanship and design of its time, offering insights into the architectural styles prevalent in the 18th century. The image is part of the Carnegie Survey of the Architecture of the South, which aimed to document significant structures throughout the region.
