Nathan Dubin manages a grocery and kosher meat shop in Jersey Homesteads, Hightstown, New Jersey in November 1936. The community formed a consumer cooperative to support local agriculture and provide residents with quality products. Jersey Homesteads was part of a New Deal program aimed at creating sustainable communities for Jewish families.
