About Riceville, Pennsylvania

Riceville is a community of 58 people in Crawford County, in the southeastern corner of Bloomfield Township. It sits on the south side of Oil Creek, which flows into the Allegheny River, and Pennsylvania Route 77 runs through it toward Meadville, the county seat, 20 miles to the southwest.
