About Willow Park, Texas

In eastern Parker County, Willow Park recorded 4,936 residents in the 2020 census. Farmers began settling the area in the 1850s, and a rural settlement called Willow Springs took shape later in the nineteenth century. Following Lake Weatherford's completion in 1957, the development of El Chico Ranch Estates drew more residents, and voters incorporated Willow Park in 1963.
