About Willows, California
Willows is the Glenn County seat, set in the Sacramento Valley with regional government offices serving a broad part of Northern California. Its post office opened as Willow in 1862 and gained the final s in 1916. The present post office, completed in 1918, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
