Women Capping Tubing for Vengeance Dive Bomber 1943
In February 1943, two women workers cap and inspect tubing for the Vengeance (A-31) dive bomber at the Vultees Nashville division in Tennessee. The A-31, designed for France, served the R.A.F. and U.S. Army Air Forces. This single-engine aircraft had a crew of two and featured six machine guns.
