West Hills is a hamlet and census-designated place in the Town of Huntington, Suffolk County. West Hills County Park joins Breezy Park and Froehlich Farms Nature Preserve among its named green spaces. An earlier chapter of local life included a post office on Jericho Turnpike, then called Middle Post Road.
