About Auxvasse, Missouri
Auxvasse is a city in northern Callaway County, located along U.S. Route 54 between Mexico and Kingdom City. The community was platted as Clinton City in 1873 and named for nearby Auxvasse Creek. The 2020 census recorded 1,001 residents.
