About Seven Hills, Ohio
Seven Hills is a Cuyahoga County city whose hilly landscape may explain its name, though early residents may also have had Rome's seven hills in mind. Incorporated as a village in 1927, it emerged from the remaining unincorporated part of Independence Township. The city recorded 11,720 residents in the 2020 census.
