About Medicine Lake, Minnesota
Medicine Lake is a city in Hennepin County, situated on a peninsula within the lake bearing its name. Plymouth completely surrounds the community, whose population was 337 in the 2020 census. Residents established an independent municipality in 1944 after voting to separate from Plymouth.
